How Vidya Balan lost the Jayalalitha biopic ?

vida balan kangana

Vidya Balan is among the talented actress of B Town and she has always proved her niche hard in giving some of the best performances in the film. Hence she was considered to play the biopic on Jayalalitha. However, we now hear that The Dirty Picture actress was dropped from the film and now we have a new face in the film Kangana Ranaut who would be playing the lead role in it. The reason which people claim that made her lose this venture was her too many questions.

She was seen posing too many questions before the makers just to get into the skin of the character, but people in the production camp felt like a nuisance. They still live with the notion that a male actor can ask as many questions they want but the lady has no right to do so. Similarly, they give huge money to the male lead and not the female lead. Perhaps Vidya Balan was involved in asking these tough questions before the makers that made them take this action.

The film is directed by AL Vijay who is known to have directed the Hindi and Tamil film called Thailaivi. As Vidya is seen questioning about her role the producers turned uncomfortable about the lady’s inquisitiveness allowing her to catch the exit door and leave the venture. Perhaps they did not have answers to this question at that point in time. Kangana Ranaut was seen recommended by someone who was then considered for this big role in the said biopic. The scriptwriter of the film claims that Kangana can easily understand the colorful life of Jayalalitha hence is a perfect diva to play this role.
