This is all about stretching your spine and body elongation. The more you stretch the more height you would be able to increase. In order to carry this out, you just have to stretch, you are supposed to lay down on the face down along with your shoulders and palms. Now, you just have to raise your chin in order to form an angle.
5) Leg Stretches
There are so many types of stretches for legs and any other stretches, which can work the valves that can turn useful for increasing your height. One simple cal exercise is to simply stand parallel to any wall and place your hands over it. Just put your weight over your hands followed by slowing down one leg closer to the wall. By repeating the vertical jumps or the squat jumps, you can easily stretch out the cartilage, which in turn make your body gradually taller. This is one of the easiest and effective stretches for increasing height and even reducing stress. All you need to do is to stand upright along with placing your hands over your head. Now, all you need to do is to bend your head upwards and back as far as possible. You are required to stretch slowly and hold each and every position for a few seconds. 10) Cat and Dog
With these animal stretches you can easily end up stretching your body an inch or two as well. All you need to do is to start on your hands and knees followed by arching your back upward and lift while keeping your ads tight. Now hold this position for few seconds followed by breathing out while you push your tailbone under. Now just hold this position and keep on repeating this stretch to enjoy the results.
