The tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput seems to have opened up the nepotism debate once again on social media when someone posted the old video of the late actor with Karan Johar on his Talk Show. The B Town celebs like Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt were seen getting trolled for the same, while a few like Swara Bhaskar and others also defended the two by turning the table. But it seems that many have joined this debate and we now see Saif Ali Khan also joining the bandwagon.
While talking about the same he talked about the industry’s hypocrisy and has asked for a serious introspection that can help in turning the table. He added saying that there are so many people who have commented so quickly without even caring about the moot issue as the fact of the matter is they are taking mileage from the tragic death of the actor. He called it an embarrassing thing to see people talking mileage about the same.
Saif Ali Khan stressed on the fact that one should introspect in the light of this tragedy. He added that by doing the same can be avoided by outpouring the love for the late actor. He went on to say that by pretending that one cares is nothing but an “ultimate hypocrisy”, which is nothing but insulting the dead man, the actor. Many actors like Kangana Ranaut and Prakash Raj were of the opinion that Sushant Singh Rajput was not given the kind of credit he deserved in B Town, which somewhere has led his life.
