Happy Birthday Katrina Kaif: Let’s take a look at these 5 films that catapulted the actress to fame

As she turns 38 years old today, style queen Katrina Kaif continues to make millions of hearts beat with her vivid smile and stunning attitude. From being a cute girl in the film Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani or kicking some asses in the film Tiger, the actress proved that she can get into the skin of her characters easily.

After making her debut in the Bollywood industry, many predicted that she won’t last for long in the industry as her fluency in Hindi is the biggest flaw but she came up as a star and gave us some stellar performances.

Let’s take a look at her top five flicks that catapulted her to fame.

Mere Brother Ki Dulhan:

For Katrina, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan was a game-changer. She spread her wings and tried humour, to the delight of her adoring followers. The film also starred Ali Zaffar and Emraan Khan and is still fun to watch.

Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani:

In this romantic comedy, Katrina Kaif was seen romancing Ranbir Kapoor. Jenny, the ‘girl next door,’ was her character. Her character was extremely adaptable, displaying a wide range of comedy, action, romance, and other emotions.

Ek Tha Tiger:

Katrina Kaif was seen in this thriller-spy film as Zoya, and she delivered some classy action sequences. She played opposite Salman Khan in the film and went on to win hearts in the sequel. It is one of her best works with all the action-packed drama.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan:

Fans flocked to see Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in their romantic drama. Meera was performed by Kaif, and it became one of her most cherished characters. The film also starred Anushka Sharma. This love story is still one of my personal favourites.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara:

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is a timeless film that preaches the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Katrina played Laila, a character who serves as a guiding light in Hrithik Roshan’s life. This film undoubtedly is a favourite of a lot of people out there.
