The makers of the film Kaabil starring Hirthik Roshan and Yami Gautam are landed into a big trouble as the American streaming and production company Netflix has sent them a notice of plagiarism issue. As per reports, the company is likely to sue the makers of the movie for the allegation of copying the production ventures Daredevil that is based on the Marvel comics of the same name.

As per the media reports, the lead actors of both the films are blind and their action sequences are very much similar. The color schemes too remain the same, which has made the company upset about the resemblance calling them to be a copy and paste thing. Hence the company has decided to sue the company – FilmKraft Productions which is owned by Rakesh Roshan and the other company White Feature Films belonging to Sanjay Gupta.

On the other side, the Kaabil director has denied about such news saying that it is nothing but a preposterous comparison. Also, Hrithik is certainly not a superhero in Kaabil. Gupta claimed that in Daredevil the lead actors are superhero and they fight with 30 people at a time, which is not the case with Kaabil. He further said that they are ready to fight back if the company sues them. The film Kaabil is releasing on 25th January 2017 which will be clashing with Shah Rukh Khan upcoming movie Raees releasing the same day, while the former will have Rohit and Ronit Roy in the baddie roles.
