Ever since Chetan Bhagat novel Half Girlfriend launched in the market, Mohit Suri announced to make a film based on the story. Now, when the time is perfect to make the film, he has finalized with the star cast wherein Arjun Kapoor would be playing the character of Madhav Jha a student and athlete from Bihar who comes to Delhi for his further studies on sports quota as he is a national level basketball player. The shooting for the film has started in Delhi. Â This has given the first look of Arjun Kapoor in the said character from the best seller novel of Chetan Bhagat giving the same name as seen in the movie, while Shraddha Kapoor would be romancing against him in the same movie for the first time.
