This week, you have three movies hitting the theatres, all releasing with diverse themes. So, the audience have diverse options to catch this week. However, all the movies releasing this year belongs to a mid and low budget films. Now, let’s check the box office prediction for each film starting with Guddu Ki Gun. This film is an adult comedy, which has Kunal Khemu in the lead role, thus one can expect the kind of audience catching up the film as from the very first day one the filmmaker claimed that the film erecting rather than releasing on 30th October. Hence one can expect this film to be an average grocer. Unlike the fate of all the Kunal Khemu starrer films, Guddu Ki Gun will tread the same path with a collection tolling to 2-3 crores in the first day and not more than that.
Now, talking about the other film Titli, it seems to be a well made movie though has a low star value, but it expected to have rave reviews from the critics. The film has all the novices around, which starts with the directorial debut of Kanu Behl, having Shashank Arora, Ranvir Shorey, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Lalit Behl and Amit Sial in it. Despite the rich content and cool movie reviews, one cannot expect the film to do a great business for obvious reasons. The first day box office collection can toll to around 1-2 crores and not more than that. You can even blame the dull promotion for the film, which helped to create no pre-release buzz in the media.
Lastly, talking about the Main Aur Charles, once again, you have stars like Randeep Hooda, Richa Chadha, Adil Hussain and Tisca Chopra in it, which gives a good star value impression of the film. The film is thriller drama, which is based on the true events revolving around the notorious case of a serial killer called Charles Sobhraj. The film is directed by Prawaal Raman, while it is produced by Raju Chadha. The film enjoys a minimal pre release buzz, which can again hamper the collection of the movie. Yet, it will manage to attract good number of audience with a collection going beyond 2-3 crores. Let’s see how things move for the film.
