The fourth series of Golmaal titles as Golmaal Again seems to have won the battle against the Aamir Khan starrer movie known as Secret Superstar. The comedy is way ahead in terms of box office collection as compared to the Aamir Khan starrer serious movie. The victory seems to come due to a number of factors. The higher number of screens and good buzz found in the media with the light content, which proved suitable for the festive time. Now one wants to watch serious and emotional kind of movie during the festive time while everyone wants to be happy and have smile over their faces that made them to choose this film making it a winner at the box office.

Now, talking about Golmaal Again, the Rohit Shetty film was released with around 3500 screen and they makers have left no stone unturned to keep the ball rolling for the audience. The film managed to get around 39.44 crores emerging as the highest grosser of 2017. On Sunday, the film continued to score high and gained a good collection at the box office. As per reports, the 1st weekend Box Office Collection for Golmaal Again netted to around 70.5 crores, which is way ahead than Secret Superstar. The Aamir Khan on the contrary was released in around 1800 screens.

In the first three days, the film managed to get around 22.75, while the first weekend collection for the movie seemed less as compared to Golmaal Again. As per reports, the 1st weekend box office collection for Golmaal Again netted to around 40 crore, which means there is a huge difference between the two. The festive time has passed and the weekdays has not much to give to both of the movies. There will be a little bit of increment and the film will take time to enter into the 100 crore club. So, talking about the Golmaal Again Vs. Secret Superstar, the Ajay Devgn movie appears to be a big winner at the box office.
