Before the IT Rules 2021 came into force, digital content had remained unregulated. Earlier the first example of grievances was seen falling under the Rules 2021 earlier this year, which remained very much regulated. As per reports, Anurag Kashayp’s current short film called Ghost Stories, which seemed to be based on the 2020 anthology, seemed to be in trouble. In fact, the current show remained the grievance of Netflix this year until 2021.
As per the same, one can be seen curtailing the creative freedom of the digital platforms along with the content creators that are seen streaming in a big way that are seen coming like a redressed system that addresses the grievances of the audience. Now, with the five months since we have witnessed the inception, one can find the first ramifications coming in the form of guidelines that are being felt all alone. As per MidDay reports, a complaint was filed against Anurag Kashayp and his show – Ghost Stories that seemed to have come along with the portrayal by Sobhita Dhulipala.
As per reports, the show has a scene when the ghost was seen eating the fetus of one of the characters due to the miscarriage. The reports also claim that the scene is not needed for any story but the creators could have wished in order to add something new in the current scene. As per the guidelines, the complaints have been registered in the last 24 hours and it was resolved at the earliest.
