As per Bollywood Hungama, the director said, “We have some ideas. Right now, we are all busy with our respective projects. Once we find the time, we will sit down and discuss.

Sharing details of their latest meeting, he said, “When I first came to Mumbai, I met him before starting the shoot of Sikandar. We discussed something on the sets of Taare Zameen Par and have often stayed in touch over the phone since then.”This revelation has sparked hope among fans, suggesting that the two are in contact, potentially laying the groundwork for the sequel. However, Murugadoss chose not to disclose specifics about their conversation.
