Alia Bhatt‘s Gangubai Kathiawadi is creating a stir on the internet. After the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi, Alia Bhatt earned a lot of praises for per personified acting in the film. Not just that, the film is also performing well at the box office, with revenues crossing Rs 100 crore.
Well, a few days back Alia’s look test picture was stormed all over the internet and now the actress’s blood shredded wounded look from the film has been viral. Recently, Alia’s makeover BTS stills have gone viral. In these pictures, the make-up artist can be seen creating the blood shredded look on Alia Bhatt.
Just a few days back, Gangubai Kathiawadi’s producer Pen Movies shared a video on their official YouTube handle. In this video, Alia and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali can be seen discussing the character’s origins and how it came to existence.
“If you remember, costume trial for Inshallah, I had told you to wear this white saree and then you kept asking but why am I wearing this white saree. Then we brought you out and we put a red bindi on you. Then we tied the hair. By then you had realized that this is not something for Inshallah. I was doing the Gangubai look test in my mind and when I saw that photograph.. I said what is this transformation?” Sanjay Leela Bhansali said. He added, “In five minutes, suddenly this woman (Alia) transformed. That is when I said, tick mark, this is going to be the girl (for Gangubai).”
