Mouni Roy 3

So far, West Bengal and Odisha have suffered maximum losses in the devastation caused by cyclone Amphan. In such a situation, many celebrities have come forward to help the needy. Mouni Roy has joined hands with an NGO and has offered to auction her painting to raise funds.

In a recent interview, the actress revealed that this is a way to help those who have been badly affected by the cyclone and hope that people will bid generously for the pictures.

Mouni also admitted that although initially she went through anxiety, she quickly adapted to the new ‘normal’ and it was okay to stay home for so long. She said that time taught her to be grateful for everything she had and that life could be simple if we choose to live it that way. The shoots are about to start slowly, with the actress saying she looks forward to getting back to work.

Mouni never disappoints fans, when she often treats them with her stunning photos. The actress is stuck in Dubai due to the lockdown.

On the work front, she last appeared in ‘Made in China’ alongside Rajkumar Rao. Directed by Mikhil Musale, the film was released on 25 October last year.

Now actress Mouni Roy will appear in Ayan Mukherjee’s legendary drama film ‘Brahmastra’ starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan.
