Narcotics Registers A Criminal Case Against Sushant’s Girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty
In the recent buzz around the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, we now hear that the lady at the center – Rhea Chrakraborty is now in trouble as the NCB has registered a case against her. As per reports, the Narcotics Control Bureau has hurled a criminal case against the lady Rhea Chakraborty in the recent drug conspiracy angle surfacing in the media. Her chats with the late actor reveals that Sushant was consuming some drugs.Â
The agency has now named two men Farookh Batata and Bakul Chandalia who were the people supplying the drugs in the film fraternity circle. They are now to be questioned by the NCB about the same. As per reports, the NCB has already framed charges against Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty along with others under various sections like 20, 22, 27, and 29 of the Narcotic stimulantallurings and Psychotropic Substances Act.Â
On 26th August, the agency have registered an FIR against Rhea and other family members including her brother Showik, mom Sandhya Chakraborty and father Indrajit Chakraborty. The others include the house manager Samuel Miranda, and Shruti Modi. The charges the agency have leveled against the six in the FIR include the abetment to suicide, theft, criminal conspiracy,cheating, wrongful restraint, intimidation, etc. Currently, we see the CBI investigating the matter with Rhea Chakraborty for the fourth day in a row.
