Following box office disasters, producers ask Tiger Shroff to cut down his payment to HALF?

Tiger Shroff seems to be losing his charm in the audience. While it was at the rise before the pandemic it seems he has certainly lost audience clout in the post-pandemic. Tiger Shroff signed films with a price increase just before the release of Heropanti 2. He signed a contract with Ganapath for Rs. 35 crores and a contract with Bade Miyan Chote Miyan for Rs. 45 crores. The actor also completed the paperwork for Karan Johar’s Screw Dheela, which cost Rs. 35 crores.

According to the report, producers have now asked Tiger Shroff to cut his remuneration by half, bringing it down to Rs. 17 to 20 crores per film.”Times have changed and paying such a huge sum as upfront fees to Tiger didn’t make sense to many producers. To support Jackky and Vashu Bhagnani on this multi-starrer, Tiger Shroff brought down his acting fees to Rs. 25 crores. Not just him, Akshay Kumar and Ali Abbas Zafar too reduced their fees. The process of him signing the films has slowed down because most of the producers are not in sync with the amount that he is demanding,” a trade source was quoted as saying.

Other producers who are in talks with Tiger are also negotiating his price, which ranges between Rs. 17 and 22 crores. “It’s a short-term thing. One hit and Tiger will roar again. It’s just a matter of time before the industry realizes that ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. This is a lull phase for not just Tiger, but the entire industry. Everything will be back to normal once the films start working,” the trade source added.

Meanwhile, Tiger will soon begin filming for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
