Fitoor & Sanam Re – Box Office Prediction

Fitoor and Sanam Re - Box Office Prediction

This valentine, you a head to head competition as we have two releases in B Town in the form of Fitoor and Sanam Re. Though Sanam Re a love story releasing this Friday may not find that kind of buzz as seen in the case of Fitoor, hence the former is likely to have less collection as compared to the latter. Hence Fitoor has enough chance to stay ahead as a Valentine Day’s release hitting the theatres just 2 days before this big day of lovers. The film is based on one of the novels of Charles Dickens called Great Expectations. Before the release of the film, it has a decent buzz in the media, which is likely to translate into good mullahs for the film and yes don’t forget the kind of buzz the promos have created in the media.

Also, the promotion of the film in the media has been decent and yes don’t forget the aura of stars like Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapur and Tabu have in the media. All these factors have helped the film to enjoy a good sign of doing a decent business at the box office. So, one can expect a collection of around 6 to 8 crores at the box office, while it will shoot up in the first weekend as well claims the expert. The film is likely to get a decent kind of surge in the coming two days.

Now, talking about Sanam Re starring Yami Gautam, Rishi Kapoor, Pulkit Samrat in the lead roles is seen with less amount of buzz in the media. Considering this fact and dull promotion of the film in the media, the film is likely to do a low business as compared to the other release. However, if you check with the trade pundits and experts, the film is likely to get a good mullah if it gets the chance to develop a good word of mouth publicity. So, as per experts, the collection for the first day for Sanam Re would toll to around 4-5 crores, which can go better with word of mouth buzz in the first weekend.
