First day opening box office collection of Ek Villain

Box office Report Ek Villain

The much awaited movie Ek Villain seems to have hit the theaters. The trio- Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh and Shraddha Kapoor are seen with one of their best and robust performances. They aren’t naive unlike in their previous movies, particularly; Riteish who is better known for his flawless comic timing was simply awesome in his performance of a negative character, which he seems to have tried the solo.  In fact, as far as the opening of this movie is concerned, it has got a flying start in almost all the Indian screens. As per reports, all the major screens in Metro cities seemed to have got an overwhelming response, which according to the experts seems to have surpassed the movies of all the Khans as well at its debut show. In some of the areas, the opening is incredibly thunderous, which has beaten up Salman Khan’s Jai Ho movie. The morning occupancy has broken all the records of Jai Ho released way back in January this year.

Some of the theaters even were seen flashing the houseful boards at the front of their gates and ticket counters giving an ear to ear grim over the faces of the team behind Ek Villain. As per reports, the occupancy touched 80 percent in almost all the theaters based in India, which is however, more likely to soar in the upcoming shows in the evening. Mohit Kapoor the director has been garnering good response for the said movie since when he embarked with its previews. His social media accounts have been jam-packed with positive responses for the said movie. Even the reviewers at almost all the sites and Bollywood portals have been positive about the script, music, performance, direction and screen play.

Some of the places where the Ek Villain went flamboyant in its first show include Delhi, Mumbai, NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Kolkata, East Punjab and several other circuits. Surprisingly, Kolkata, which is known to be the city of Khans’ movies particularly SRK, seems to have geared up well for Ek Villain. As per different Box Office Portals, there is a storm in terms of collection for the movie in the morning show and same trend is expected the afternoon, which will soar in the evening shows. Perhaps it is the only movie released this week, which could be the factor behind garnering positive response from the audience and secondly, it seems to be a big relief from the non sense comedy seen in Humshakals as well. In nutshell, the figures you find for the debut show is mere a tip of an iceberg and as you take a deep plunge, you realize the incredible depth for the mighty response, which is likely to be seen today and the coming days.
