Plot

The film is based on the infamous The Adarsh Society Scam, which occurred in the Indian state of Maharashtra pulling many big names in the scam. However, nothing much was seen happening on the ground thanks to the power and position it involved. Well, the story starts at the backdrop of Indian Army when a young officer called Jay Bakshi played by Siddharth Malhotra intercepts some telephonic conversation between high profile people who are all set to sell off the country for their own interest and money and Jai decides to quit army to fight this war on his own to unmask the people in the scam along with the scam as well so what happens at the end would be interesting to catch.

Review

On the face of it the film happens to be a typical Neeraj Pandey film, which deals with love and hate for the country. It deals with some subtle content that embarks with a good story worthy to be made a hit at least better than the ones which have no story but only extravaganza, star power and similar other things that remain the source of big time gain over the box office. Aiyaary is a decent movie with rich content. The film has all the stuff one can watch in an thriller movie and deserves a good rating as well.

In terms of star performances, the film rises to the best height with interesting star cast. Both Sidharth and Manoj have given the splendid performance over the silver screen, while others too have given a decent performance as well including Pooja Chopra who was roped-in without any audition. The other elements for the film including Music, direction, photography and screenplay have been straight and simple remaining par with other good movies of B Town. And then we have the technical elements like editing and photography that were perfectly matched. Overall it’s a nice movie.

Aiyaary The Last Word

As said, the film Aiyaary happens to be a decent watch in many ways, in terms of story, rich content and performance. It can be a good watch this weekend provided you happen to like the Neeraj Pandey films that are filled with uniqueness and great thrill.
