why cheat india new title of cheat india

The upcoming movie of Emraan Hashmi called Cheat India has a new title now. The makers just before releasing the film next week has come upon with a new title called Why Cheat India. The film’s director of the film, Soumik Sen has announced the change in the film that has come in the wake of the objection raised by the Censor Board. As per reports, the Censor Board of Film Certification while reviewing the movie has asked the makers to change the title as they found it misleading. The makers of the film (T-Series Films, Emraan Hashmi Films and Ellipsis Entertainment) have confirmed the new title by releasing a statement.

It was that the Censor Board had some concerns over the title of the film Cheat India. They had an extensive conversation on this with both the Examining and Revising Committees about the proposed change. The makers have released so many posters along with the trailer of the movie, and the television promos too had the same title, but no one objected claimed the statement. The makers objected stating that this will give a dual communication to the audience as it has barely a week to go to see the release of the movie. The statement said that since the makers had no time to extend the debate and convince the committees, they had to agree on the new title suggested by the board.

The film Cheat India is now being named as Why Cheat India in which we have Emraan Hashmi playing the key role of a conman active in educational circles. He is the man in managing the entire entrance test scam where he ropes in few toppers to replace the candidate who bribes him to get good marks for him. The film also showcases the corruption that has prevailed in the past few years in the Indian education system. Earlier, Emraan while talking about the movie said that he knows the fact how the papers leaked during the exam time. He also said that he knows how students bribe to cheat during the exams. The film Why Cheat India is releasing on the eve of Republic Day, and it will be clashing with Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi starring Kangana Ranaut.
