The trailer hits the mark! Recently unveiled, the film’s trailer has resonated with audiences, striking a chord with its spine-chilling and eerie elements. Ajay’s return as a family man, following the super success of Drishyam 2, is generating positive anticipation. R Madhavan’s portrayal as a villain serves as a major attraction.

Yesterday, advance booking for “Shaitaan” commenced at limited locations. Today, additional shows have been added to online ticket-booking platforms. The latest update reveals that approximately 4,115 tickets have been sold nationwide for day 1, amounting to a gross collection of 9.80 lakh (excluding blocked seats).

It’s a decent start, and “Shaitaan” is currently in a wait-and-watch situation. With 5 days remaining until the film’s release, there’s ample time to build momentum. Given the positive response to the trailer, it is anticipated that advance booking will draw a good number. A final collection of around 3-3.5 crore would be considered favorable, considering that this horror thriller primarily relies on word-of-mouth promotion.
