The solo release of last Friday called Dishoom, which has given reasons to its director to breathe easily. His decision to take almost five long years for the sabbatical time duration after Desi Boyz to return to this film seems to be paying off. The John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer has simply managed to do better over the box office.
As per reports, the first week box office report for Dishoom tolled to around 54 crores giving a decent figure at the end of the first week. The film opened on a decent note at the cost of around 11.05 crore and had led a number of people to wonder to how the overall collection would be seen like. But with the good pickup witnessed during the weekend, the collection of Dishoom ended up going a bit stable. This simply resulted in a good amount.
The earlier movie of Rohit which marked his debut in B Town tolled to 46 crore at the box office, which means Dishoom is likely to do better with the collection of 54 crores and is likely to enter the 100 crore club sooner or later. With not so great films releasing this Friday, Dishoom is likely to do remain stable during the second weekend as well.
