Mohit Suri has directed films such as Half Girlfriend, Aashiqui 2, Murder 2, Zeher, and Kalyug. Ek Villain Returns is John Abraham’s debut film with the director. Arjun Kapoor previously collaborated with Mohit on the film Half Girlfriend. In Mohit’s most recent film, Malang, Disha Patani plays the protagonist.
Aside from that, it was stated that she will star in Project K alongside Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
