As the mega TV Show Ramayana is back on the small screen, we see it has remained on the top in terms of TRP at the moment. The Ramanand Sagar TV show is being enjoyed a lot by people around the country amid the lockdown due to the COVID 19 outbreak. The leading actors of the show including Dipika Chikhlia, Arun Govil and Sunil Lahri seemed to be nostalgic as they are seen sharing the photo on their social media handles.

The show was aired in Doordarshan in the late eighties and has gained good popularity at that time. Once again the show coming back during the lockdown phase is enjoying a good response by the audience. It had several known stars including Dara Singh in the role of Hanuman, Arvind Trivedi playing Ravana, and Lalita Pawar as Manthara and Vijay Arora played Indrajit.
