Dinesh Mangalore is an actor from South India who is more active in Kannada and Tamil movies. He was born and brought up in Mangalore and did his schooling from this city found in the Indian state of Karnataka. He did his PUC from Ganapathy Pre University College and later completed his studies from Mangalore University. While studying in college, he remained active in cultural activities and also did a couple of plays by being part of a few theatre groups. Once he completed his studies, he headed to Bangalore to pursue his dream career in acting.
It was in 1988 when he got the chance to work in a movie called Aasphota working as Actor and Assistant Director as well. However, it took a few years to get his second break, which came in the form of Janumada Jodi wherein he was the Art Director of the movie. The next year he got Nagamandala as an actor, and since then it was no looking back for him. Some of his films include Nagamandala, Z, Vishwa, Janumadatha, Dalavayi, Chandramukhi Pranasakhi. For most of his films, he had his dual role, the art direction, and acting.
Some of his recent movies include Ricky, Rana Vikrama, Ulidavaru Kandanthe, Prarthane, Thuglak, Bettada Jeeva, Suryakanthi, Just Pass, Nanu Nanna Kanasum and Nam Areal Ondina to name a few. His upcoming movie includes KGF, which is all set to hit the screens this month in December 2018.
