Bidaai fame Sara Khan calls ex-husband Ali Merchant an attention seeker who is hungry for publicity
Actress Sara Khan, who rose to popularity after playing the lead character of Sadhana in the 2007 show Bidaai, is once again in the spotlight. In the latest interview, the actress talked about her ex-husband, Ali Merchant, stating that she remembers everything, even today. As we all know, Sara and Ali tied the knot on television’s most controversial reality show, Bigg Boss, in the year 2020. The couple got separated just two months after their marriage. They both also appeared in the OTT reality show Lock Upp earlier this year. Now their personal lives are once again in discussion.
Recently, Sara Khan made some revelations about her personal life in an interview. During this time, Sara’s boyfriend, Shantanu Raje, was also present. Sara and Shantanu were asked whether Ali’s presence affected them. To this, Shantanu replied that no, even when Ali Merchant entered Lock Upp, he did not have any insecurity because he knew that Sara was not going to give him any respect now.

Sara Khan said THIS in a recent interview
Sara said, “I was told about Ali being approached for the show.” On this, I said that I have no problem, but I will not be able to take part in that kind of show. Then, when he came on the show, I stopped playing, as I had moved on in life.
When asked if she shares a friendship with Ali Merchant, Sara said, “Our relationship isn’t that great that we will stay friends.” Whenever you see them, they come to say hello, but now we should move on. I do not want all this. Next, Sara said, “I was very young and naive.” Let bygones be bygones. He finds the point of controversy. “He is the type of person who stays hungry for publicity; if he finds me in the presence of the media, he will come there and stand just to make headlines.”
