Bollywood’s beloved power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, are preparing to embark on an exciting new chapter as they anticipate the arrival of their first child in September. Deepika has been making waves with her chic maternity fashion, and recent reports indicate that the couple plans to move into a new home soon after their baby’s birth.
According to a social media post by renowned photographer Pallav Paliwal on Instagram, Deepika and Ranveer are set to relocate to an expansive new apartment following the arrival of their little one. Earlier rumors suggested that they might become neighbors to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
NDTV reported that Ranveer Singh, in collaboration with his father Jagjit Sunder Singh Bhavnani’s company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, has acquired a luxurious sea-facing quadruplex for Rs 119 crore in a prestigious Mumbai neighborhood near Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence, Mannat. This lavish residence spans the 16th to 19th floors of the building, featuring a substantial 11,266 sq ft of living space along with an additional 1,300 sq ft private terrace.
It’s noteworthy that in 2021, the couple also purchased a bungalow in Alibaug for Rs 22 crore.

Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy in March of this year, with their baby expected to arrive in September. The couple tied the knot in 2018 and has since become one of the most adored duos in the Bollywood industry.

On the professional front, Deepika was last seen in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD, alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani. She will next star in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, portraying ACP Shakti Shetty Bhalerao, alongside a star-studded cast that includes Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh is also set to feature in Singham Again. Additionally, he is currently working on an untitled action-thriller directed by Aditya Dhar, where he will take on a completely new character. Fans are also eagerly looking forward to his role in the highly anticipated film Don 3.
