Dalljiet Kaur Confirms FIR Against NRI Husband Nikhil Patel Over Cheating Allegations, Declares ‘I Am Heard and Safe
TV actor Dalljiet Kaur has officially filed an FIR against her estranged husband, Nikhil Patel, amid allegations of infidelity. In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Dalljiet recounted her experience of filing the FIR and expressed her gratitude to the Mumbai Police for their swift and compassionate handling of the situation. She wrote, “Thank you so much, Joint Commissioner of Police Anil Paraskar, for being so amazing. Thank you to the AGRIPADA Police Station for being so efficient and kind. Your prompt response has helped me feel heard and safe.”Through her social media, Dalljiet has been alluding to her husband’s alleged cheating, which prompted Nikhil to threaten her with legal action, dismissing her posts as “cheap.”
Despite the threats, Dalljiet proceeded with filing the FIR, detailing her ordeal and expressing appreciation for the professionalism of various police officials. She noted, “The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Krishnakant Sir, listened to me patiently. In no time, Senior Inspector of Agripada Police Station, Yogendra Pache Sir, took the time to understand the entire matter thoroughly.”Describing the filing process as calming and efficient, Dalljiet highlighted how the police officers made her and her father feel secure during their visit. “I couldn’t believe they even served us water to help calm me down, and we felt safe to speak the truth.
The officers made us comfortable, recognizing that I was shaken by the situation,” she shared. “Investigating Officer Sachin Shelke handled the FIR with great patience and empathy, and a lady constable remained present throughout the filing to provide support.”In response to the allegations, Nikhil Patel, a businessman based in Kenya, recently returned to Mumbai. He had previously sent Dalljiet a legal notice and threatened to donate her belongings to charity if she didn’t collect them from his home in Kenya. Adding to the speculation about their strained marriage, Nikhil was spotted at Mumbai airport with his girlfriend, Safeena Nazar.
