Crime Patrol’ Joins Netflix After ‘CID’; Fans Speculate ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ Could Be Next

Netflix India has officially announced the arrival of the real crime anthology series Crime Patrol on its platform. On Monday, the streaming giant shared a teaser for the show on Instagram, featuring a city bathed in a striking red hue. Fans can now catch Crime Patrol streaming on Netflix India.
The series will be available on the platform every Monday. Accompanying the teaser were the words, “Crime Patrol, City Crime.” The caption read, “Ab sheher ke har crime par hoga kanoon ka control 👊👮‍♀️. Dekhiye Crime Patrol City Crimes ka naya episode, har somvaar Netflix par,” which translates to “Now every crime of the city will be controlled by law. Watch the new episode of Crime Patrol City Crimes every Monday on Netflix.”

Fans React to Crime Patrol Streaming on Netflix

Reactions to the announcement have been mixed. One fan humorously noted, “After CID, Netflix buys Crime Patrol before GTA 6.” Another commenter questioned, “CID tak thik tha (It was ok till CID), but Crime Patrol? Why?” Some fans expressed surprise with comments like, “With this speed, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah will be on Netflix too!” while another user exclaimed, “What is happening on Netflix?” One frustrated viewer remarked, “Netflix daily soap banta ja raha hai (Netflix is becoming a daily soap).”Other fans chimed in with suggestions and opinions, such as, “Jab sab laahi rahe ho toh Aahat bhi le aao (When you are bringing everything, bring Aahat too),” and one enthusiastic supporter declared, “The best thing to ever happen!” However, another fan requested, “@netflix_in Earlier seasons please, Dastak and Sartak, city crime is boring.”
