The known production house in South India called Picture House Media Ltd, has initiated a Civil and Criminal Proceedings against the south Indian diva.
She had a contractual agreement to be one of the female leads in a bilingual starring Nagarjuna and Karthi, which is directed by Vamsi Paidipalli has reneged on her contractual obligations. Lately, she was seen arbitrarily pulling out of the project, wherein citing the dates clash as a flimsy excuse. The dates were being mutually discussed with her and the schedules were planned around her convenience. The said movie has thus commenced its shoot and first schedule was then completed and unexpectedly Shruti was seen conveying through an email that she want to leave the said project.
This unethical and unprofessional act of the actress has brought forth in Picture House Media Ltd incurring some financial as well as reputation loss. There will be a financial loss for the company is running into several crores, which is also the loss of time and reputation that is really significant for the schedules of all other artists who have given their dates. Hence court was seen intervening the matter and asked the actress not to sign any new film until the issue is resolved.
