Caterina Murino is an Italian actress who hails from Sardinia. She was born on 15 September 1977 in Cagliari, Sardinia and was raised in different cities. She did her schooling and college from the same place, while moved to London after being placed the fourth in the Miss Italy contest there she fell in love with the theatres after catching up some shows at the West End Theatres. So, when she finally returned to her home town in Italy, she joined the drama school called Scuola di Cinema e Teatro run by Francesca De Sapio completing the same in 2000. She then got the change to be the part of the stage show called Richard II and Italian plays.
She started he career with TV in the year 2002 while got recognition after playing SolangeDimitrious, which is the novel of Casino Royal. Since then it was no looking back for her. Some of her shows include Nowhere, L’Enquête Corse, L’Amour Aux Trousses, Eleonorad’Arborea, Les Bronzés3 : Amis pour la vie, Vientos de agua, Casino Royale, St. Trinian’sm Il semedella Discordia, The Garden of Eden, Alibi e sospetti and XIII. Some of her recent ones include Die, Zen, Odysseus and the most recent ones include The Invincible Piglet, Voice from the Stone, The Squad to name a few. And talking about her B Town connection, she is doing her debut with Bollywood thriller Fever.
