Megastar Chiranjeevi will share the screen with his close friend Salman Khan in his upcoming film, Godfather. ‘Indra-The tiger’ actor presented Bhai with a bouquet and expressed his pleasure at the opportunity to work with him. Godfather is directed by Mohan Raja, which is a commercial entertainer. The film is an authentic Telugu remake of the superhit Malayalam film Lucifer.
As per the report, Salman Khan has been cast in a cameo role in Chiranjeevi’s ‘Godfather’. On March 16, the Telugu superstar confirmed the news in a tweet. He greeted Salman Khan when he boarded Godfather and sent him a nice greeting.
Sharing a photo with his dear friend Salman, Chiranjeevi wrote, “Welcome aboard #Godfather, Bhai @BeingSalmanKhan! Your entry has energized everyone & the excitement has gone to the next level. Sharing a screen with you is an absolute joy. Your presence will no doubt give that magical #KICK to the audience. (sic).”

Prithviraj Sukumaran made his directorial debut with Lucifer. The commercial film starred Mohanlal, Vivek Oberoi, and Manju Warrier in the lead role. In his directorial debut, Prithviraj made a cameo appearance. In Chiranjeevi’s Godfather, Salman Khan is expected to reprise his role as Prithviraj.
Godfather is a political action thriller. The film is jointly produced by Konidela Production Company, Jayam Company, and NVR Cinema LLP. It is rumored that Ram Charan, Anushka Shetty, and Shruti Haasan might also play cameos in this film. The commercial entertainer has cinematography by Nirav Shah and music given by S Thaman.
