Catch Paatal Lok Trailer Coming from Anushka Sharma as a Producer
Here comes the trailer of the much awaited web series called Paatal Lok. The series gives Anushka Sharma her debut in the production which is soon going to hit the OTT platform – Amazon Prime. After releasing the first look of the series, the makers are back with the trailer. The series has Jaideep Ahlawat in the leading role along with Neeraj Kabi, Abhishek Banerjee, Gul Panag, Aasif Khan and Jagjeet Sandhu.
The series is all about an honest police officer who is investigating the assassination attempt of a known journalist. The thrilling chase leads this man to a dark alley of Netherworld called The Paatal Lok. As you check the trailer, you can find it is very much hooked to its plot backed with a talented star cast that keeps the audience close to the show. The web series is a nine episodes Amazon Original which is all set to stream on 15th May. It is directed by Avinash Arun along with Prosit Roy and produced by Anushka Sharma under her production company Clean Slate Films.
While talking about the series, the lead actor Sudip said that Paatal Lok is all about the dream of the creator, which happens to be an Indian story at heart but at the same time it has the global appeal, all thanks to the themes that it portrays along with the character it showcases. He said he is pleased to work with the makers giving me the debut on a digital platform.
