Malaysia hosted the Super Six challenge 2019 and as expected, proved to be a roaring success. The first match took place between Valiant Cricket and Active Cricket at the TPCA Ground, Kajang, Malaysia The first match was a closely fought affair. Active Cricket won the toss and batted first and posted 62 runs for the loss of 2 wickets. Chasing down a stiff target, Valiant Cricket stuttered in their chase and ended six runs short in their allotted 6 overs. Active skipper Omar Hatmi was adjudged man of the match for his dominant performance.
After the action-packed affair in the first match, the second game was always going to be closely-fought. Active Cricket won the toss and elected to bat first, but a disciplined bowling effort by Valiant restricted a powerful batting order to only 48 runs in 6 overs.

This was never going hassle Valiant as it chased down the total with a ball to spare and with the loss of only two wickets. The man of the match award was shared between Nitin Chaudhari and Bhaskar Kumar for their excellent partnership of 30 runs in 14 balls.

The series was now locked at 1-1 and it all boiled down to the final match. The teams had sussed each other and a more pointed approach was expected to take place in the finale and the match did not disappoint.

Active won the toss and batted first and the batting was back on track after the stutter in the second match. Their amassed 72 in their six overs and gave their bowlers a good total to defend this total. Mohsin (26 off 11 balls) and Rehan (21 off 11 balls) provided the impetus and helped their team register this imposing total.

However, Valiant did not go down without a fight and in an absolute humdinger of the match, they snuck home with only 1 ball to spare.

Piyush Raj Saxena had to retire as per the rules of the game, the match was still hanging in the balance. This is when the series was sealed with a boundary off with one ball to spare by Vipul Narigara. An absolute nail-biter of a series met a befitting end as Valiant took the series 2-1.
