BTown welcomes 2023 with a bash and this list of January’s most anticipated films are cherry on cake
The year 2023 is almost approaching. Many of the most anticipated films are waiting for us all. Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, kicked off the New Year in Bollywood. After a five-year absence, SRK returns to the big screen. Siddharth Anand is the director of this action thriller. The film is scheduled to be released on January 25, 2023. Adipurush, the next big film to be released in January 2023, stars actor Prabhas and will be released on January 12, 2023.

Pathaan
After 2019, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan only appeared in movies in short cameos till 2022. Finally, Bollywood’s Badshah is ready to return to the big screen with the action movie Pathaan. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand of War fame, also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and is set to be released on January 25, 2023.
Kuttey
Kuttey, directed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj, will be released in theatres on January 13, 2023. In major roles, the film stars Naseeruddin Shah, Tabu, Arjun Kapoor, Konkona Sensharma, Kumud Mishra, Radhika Madan, and Shardul Bhardwaj. The plot follows three renegade gangs that meet paths while on the hunt.
Adipurush
Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh feature in the T-Series and Retrophiles production. Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, is an adaption of Indian mythology that celebrates the triumph of virtue over evil. The film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, among other languages. The Indian mythological film will be released in theatres on January 12, 2023.
Lakadbaggha
The film, which stars Anshuman Jha, Ridhi Dogra, and Milind Soman, is set to be released on January 13, 2023. Lakadbaggha, directed by Victor Mukherjee, is India’s first film about an animal vigilante, according to cinema commentator Taran Adarsh.
Mission Majnu
Mission Majnu is directed by Shantanu Bagchi and stars Sidharth Malhotra, Rashmika Mandanna, and Parmeet Sethi. On January 20, 2023, the espionage action thriller drama will be released on the Netflix streaming service platform. The film portrays an undercover Indian agent who undertakes a perilous mission in the 1970s to uncover a hidden nuclear weapons development in Pakistan’s core.
