You can find too many films releasing this Friday. Most of the movies to release this Friday are among the low and mid budget films, which certainly include Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein starring the veteran Naseeruddin Shah who plays the senior cop in the film. The film though is rich in content and good in terms of performance as one can make out while going through the promos, yet it failed somewhere when it comes to promotion. Though for Naseeruddin Shah, it was an exciting subject to choose, which he seemed doing justice to the character, yet this will not make much difference in terms of business for the movie.
As per the low pre release buzz and poor marketed film, expecting a big amount can be a challenging experience. However, once the film is released, and is able to manage a decent amount of word of mouth publicity then one can expect to see a surge in the box office collection. Hence as far as the current buzz for the film is concerned, you cannot expect much from it. The collection for the first day box office for Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein will confine to 2 or 2.5 crores, however, depending upon the word of mouth buzz, the film can witness some amount of boost in its collection.
