Bigg Boss’ ex contestant Shehnaaz Gill’s father accused of rape, case registered
Shehnaaz Gill, the famous contestant of ‘Bigg Boss 13’ is in discussion. Shehnaaz Gill’s father Santokh Singh has been accused of rape by a 20-year-old girl. Following the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against Santokh Singh.
In Jalandhar, Punjab, the girl has filed a rape case against Shehnaz’s father. The victim is a resident of Jalandhar. It is alleged that on May 14, Santok alias Sukkha Pradhan allegedly raped her by showing a gun in her car. The girl could not dare to first file a complaint against him.
Following the complaint of the girl, a case of rape has been registered against Shahnaz Gill’s father. Investigating Officer Assistant Sub Inspector Harpreet Kaur informed about the registration of the case. He said that the girl had said in her complaint that on May 14, she went to meet a friend. She reached Beas at around 5:30 pm where Santokh Singh forced her to sit in the car at gunpoint and raped her. The girl said that she was also threatened with death.
According to police, the incident dates back to 14 May. The victim filed a complaint on May 19. A case has been registered against Santokh Singh. At present, Santok Singh is being absconding. Police have not arrested anyone in this case yet.
