Bhushan Kumar, the managing director of T Series, was recently charged with allegedly raping a lady. According to ANI, a case has been filed under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The woman claimed she was raped under the guise of looking for work.
Later, in response, the corporation denied all charges. It has now been revealed that Mallikarjun Pujari, a local political leader in Thane district, teamed up with a female model to extort money from Bhushan Kumar.
Mallikarjun Pujari allegedly approached Kumar in June and sought extortion money, threatening that if the money was not given, one female would file a bogus sex harassment charge against him.
T-Series then went to the Mumbai police department and filed a written complaint against Mallikarjun Pujari at the Amboli police station on July 1, 2021. T-Series’ Krishan Kumar filed the case at Mumbai’s Amboli Police Station.
Mallikarjun Pujari constantly calling Krishan Kumar, but Krishan Kumar refused to comply with his extortion demands. Pujari colluded with this girl and filed a rape case against Bhushan Kumar in D.N.Nagar police station of Andheri West on July 15, 2021, after seeing that his nefarious schemes were failing.
Pinkvilla quoted Inspector Someshwar Khante, Station In-charge, Amboli Police Station as saying, “Complainant Shri Kishan Kumar Chandrabhan Arora, 53, Business-Producer, is the owner by T-Series Super Cassette Pvt. Ltd. His nephew is Bhushan Kumar, the managing director of the company. From 03/07/21 to 10/07/21, Mallikarjun Pujari falsely accused his nephew Bhushan Kumar of raping her. She blackmailed the complainant by demanding money for not reporting the rape, fearing defamation in the media. Also, her friend threatened to kill Bhushan Kumar as he lodged a complaint against Mallikarjun Pujari at the Amboli Police Station. An offence has been registered under Sections 386, 500, 506, 506 (2) of the IPC.”
