This Friday we have two movies releasing – Bangistan and Jaanisaar, and as expected both proved out to be a big disaster over the box office. However, the former did better in comparison to the other. As per reports, there was hardly any buzz felt over the media, which therefore went unnoticed by a majority of the audiences. Also, the number of screens allotted for the film was less, which in turned helped the film to do less over the box office. If you talk about this film, it was reported to be with a decent production value backed by atrocious content along with other pitfalls like unclear writing.
This was the case witnessed right from the promos when they were unveiled. It is no surprise to see how, Bangistan went down and gutted into fire with a meager collection. As per reports, the first weekend box office report tolled to around 4 crores, which is really very low making the lowest grocer of the producers – Excel Entertainment owned by Farhan Akhtar and his friend. No more hopes from the audience to make the film a decent grocer in the coming week days. So, let’s chek hot things are going in the coming days. Forget about the other movie hitting the screens last Friday.
