The south Indian film Bahubali releasing last Friday embarked as number one grocer over the box office giving incredible figure at the end of the first week. The film, which is directed by the known face in filmmaking in the south called SS Rajamouli was able to get back his hard work and diligence with such a huge collection. Bahubali was released in 5 Indian languages and 12 foreign languages and hence if you sum up the collections of the film at Pan India market and foreign locations, the movie was able to enter in the 100 crore club in the first two days only.
As per reports, the total collection (Pan India and Overseas) tolled to around 160 crores, which is a record in itself for any South Indian film to do such a huge business. At the national level, the first weekend box office collection for Bahubali for the Hindi dubbed film tolled to around 20 crores, which is more than the film Robot starring Rajnikant and Aishwarya Rai.
As per the current growing buzz, the experts and the trade pundits are visualizing better business for the film during the weekdays as well. The film has the known actors in the main lead, which include Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannah Bhatia along with having some of the best plot or story, which can turn things around. And needless to say that it has some of the best visual effects, which have constantly attracting the audience far and wide.
