The Qala star, who went offline earlier this year following an emotionally charged video that went viral, shared a series of photos from a photoshoot along with a reflective caption hinting at his inner struggles.

The heartfelt message immediately drew supportive reactions from fellow actors. Babil’s Instagram comeback comes nearly five months after a video of him breaking down emotionally in May 2025 went viral. In that now-deleted clip, he described some industry figures—including Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor—as “so, so rude,” sparking widespread speculation about his mental health and experiences in Bollywood.

Initially, many believed the video was part of a promotional campaign for Babil’s film Logout on ZEE5. However, his team later clarified that the clip was “widely misinterpreted” and was not a critique of Bollywood but a misunderstood expression of admiration for his peers.
His mother, Sutapa Sikdar, also reassured fans that Babil was safe and had simply been going through a tough day. Since then, Babil has remained largely silent and out of the public eye—making this latest post the first time he has indirectly addressed the emotional challenges he hinted at months ago.
