A source informed PeepingMoon, “Ayushmann’s new film with Aanand L Rai is completely different from their previous outings. It’s a big-budget, multi-genre drama that will largely be shot in the US, and will present Ayushmann in a never-seen-before avatar. The actor has okayed the project and will dive into it after completing Junglee Pictures’ Doctor G which rolls next month in Madhya Pradesh.”

As per reports, the film will be directed by Anirudh Iyer Ganapathy. With this film, Anirudh is making his directorial debut. The film is also expected to feature an ensemble supporting cast. He previously worked with Rai as an assistant in his films like Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015) and Zero (2018).
