In the meantime, Aryan Khan was taken to the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai on Friday after a court denied him bail in a drug seizure case (October 8).
When Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, learned on her birthday, October 8, that her son Aryan Khan’s bail application had been denied by a Mumbai court, it must have been one of the most sad moments of her life.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) seized and later arrested Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha for allegedly organising a rave party aboard a luxury cruise ship.
In a video released by the Mumbai court, Gauri Khan can be seen in the courtroom when Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R.M. Nerlikar denied the bail application. She broke down in tears as she got into her car.

Obviously, the realisation that her son would have to spend the entire weekend in the notorious Arthur Road Central Jail, rather than remaining in the NCB’s supervision, hit her hard.
Satish Maneshinde, Aryan’s lawyer, has until Monday to file a bail request in the sessions court. Until then, the accused must remain in custody.
