Article 15: Ayushmann Khurrana Turns Nostalgic as his Film Completes Two years

It has been exactly two years ever since the film Article 15 released in the theatres. The film has now completed two long years and that has made the actor Ayushmann Khurrana go nostalgic at the moment. The film talked about the caste discrimination in the country, while he played a role of an IPS officer who is trying to fix the flaws within the system going out of the way to give the justice the victims. In a sense, the film somewhere to the real life incidents when the three Dalit teenagers were seen raped in a small village in the Indian state of UP. 

However, do you know that Ayushmann Khurrana was the first choice for Sinha, as he was trying another actor to be the leading man   for it. However, he somehow got the role and he simply nailed with his performance. The filmmaker said that he was in talks with Ayushmann Khurrana, however, was not sure about giving the leading role. However, seeing the inclination towards the role, Sinha finally gave the leading role to the actor and he now finds his decision as the best choice. 

He wanted Ranbir Kapoor to take up this role, but things did not work and then he talked to Ayushmann Khurrana and the things turned positive for him. The Vicky Donor actor said that he is feeling nostalgic about his movie. He said that he would love to see more movies in B town then only the audience would turn up to the theatres.
