Actor-comedian Vir Das is gearing up for the release of his latest standup special on OTT. The latest show titled ‘ Landing’ is expected to premiere globally on the streamer on December 26.
This upcoming show of Vir Das will have a run time of one hour per episode. An interesting thing is that the comedian has himself directed this standup special. It is all about traveling across the globe, preserving your nation and its values within you and an idea of home

In a conversation with the media, the 43-year-old comedian expressed his excitement to end the year with his latest standup special, which is his fourth project in OTT.
Vir Das stated, “We enjoyed a lot while filming this in New York. Shot this project amid the crazy world tour for ‘Wanted’.
He further added, “I am excited to present it to the world and hope that we will receive the same love that we got for our last three specials.”
Rotten Science and executive producer Matthew Vaughan have produced this standup special. This upcoming project ‘Landing’ concluded it’s highly acknowledged run at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The comedian’s last standup special, Vir Das: For India, got nominated for Emmy Awards for best comedy offering in 2021.
