Archana Puran Singh reacts to TROLLERS for comparing her to Nawazuddin Siddique in Haddi’s first look
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently made headlines when he debuted a never-before-seen appearance in his spectacular first look from the upcoming movie “Haddi.” He was dressed as a woman in the outfit, sporting a shimmering grey gown as well as glitzy hair and cosmetics. Netizens rushed the internet shortly after his look was revealed, claiming that he reminded them of the actress Archana Puran Singh. In fact, several individuals developed amusing memes about the actress and made fun of her. Finally, Archana has responded to the trollers.
In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Archana Puran responded to her comparison to Nawazuddin and had an epic answer. Since she wore a side-parted haircut on the Kapil show, Singh claimed that the hairstyle has come to be associated with her. The resemblance was also described by her as a “great praise” for her. Archana stated, “It’s the hairstyle which has become synonymous with me that is causing all these comparisons. I’ve used this side-parted look during the early part of Kapil’s show (The Kapil Sharma Show),” she said. When asked about the comparisons and how she feels about it, Archana added, “All I can say is it’s a huge compliment to be compared to Nawaz in ANY way possible.”

Speaking about the movie, Nawazuddin said that while he has played a variety of interesting roles over the course of his ten-year acting career, Haddi would stand out as being particularly distinctive because he will be sporting a never-before-seen appearance. The actor continued by saying that this film encouraged him to push himself as an actor.
Haddi, which was directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma, is described as a revenge drama. It will be released the following year and is now under pre-production.
The upcoming season of The Kapil Sharma Show, however, will feature the return of Archana Puran Singh, who is renowned for her wonderful sense of humor.
