The love birds – Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were seen having a good time after becoming parents to their daughter Vamika. As we see them enjoying good time with their daughter, we also hear that the couple has embarked upon with two shelter homes for animals, which will prove a safe space for the stray animals. The fact of the matter is the couple has remained animal lovers. The two have always been backing similar work for the stray animals and hence they started the animal shelters over the outskirts of Mumbai.
The fact of the matter is on the occasion of World Stray Animals’ Day the two were quick to announce the same. Virat seemed to have been inspired by the passion for animals and they are now actively looking for different opportunities in order to help the stray animals. The NGO called Virat Kohli Foundation came forward with this initiative which was founded by the Indian animal healthcare group known as Kunal Khanna which happens to be London Business School Alumnus in regards of Awaaz Voice of Stray Animals which happens to be a local NGO based in Mumbai and is setting up two animals that are seen with the shelter houses in Mumbai.
The couple seems to be excited, while speaking about it, Virat was seen stating that that it is mandatory to cater the welfare of animals. Virat announced this news by sharing it over his Twitter handle, how about checking the same.
