After Rupali Ganguly sued her with a Rs. 50 crore defamation notice, Esha Verma, her stepdaughter, made her Instagram account private. She is in the spotlight once more. The 27-year-old recently experienced an emotional breakdown on her Instagram stories; her handle is no longer secret. Esha broke down in tears as she disclosed that her own family was destroying her in order to live their own lives. She even called herself the ‘nepo kid’ in the video, something she did not want to confront.
For those who don’t know, Esha had previously charged Rupali Ganguly with severing her parents’ union. She is the daughter of Ashwin Verma, Rupali’s present spouse, and Sapna Verma’s former spouse. Rupali, according to Esha, had put distance between Ashwin and Sapna. After a protracted period of silence, the actress filed a defamation lawsuit against Esha. She was spotted crying a lot in her most recent Instagram video, and the two of them have been making subtle jabs at one another. She described herself in the video as a nepo kid who was raised in the background and experienced a lot of suffering, silence, and bewilderment. Esha, who is in New Jersey, admitted to being vulnerable and afraid.
She stated, “You get scrutinised for wanting to speak up and you also get questioned, ‘Where the fu*k did you go?’ When you have your own family, who wants to destroy you for just trying to live her life? I tried to be happy but we don’t talk about these things. There are fu*king crazy ass people who want to indulge in the drama. I’m working on moving forward-but this was my fight, and it was my right to speak on it. When the truth came out-unexpectedly and loudly-I was the one blamed.”
As she continued in the video, Esha stated that she is refusing to back down and acknowledged that she will be the subject of a very difficult probe for telling the truth about Rupali Ganguly. She revealed that although she did her best to be joyful, some individuals do not want to be part in this drama, therefore these things are not discussed. In 2008, Ashwin, Esha’s father, divorced Sapna, his previous spouse. She even claimed that no one had the right to write about her and criticized a media portal for creating sensational headlines. This was due to the fact that she was an Indian citizen rather than an American.

Eisha further said, “I don’t delete anything, and I’m not jealous. Try having your stepmother sue you for telling the truth, then watch her play victim when she has no legal ground to stand on. If you really want the truth, the announcement will come with time-and it won’t be in the other party’s favor. Also, I strongly suggest you stop obsessively monitoring my content and publishing misleading, clickbait headlines. I may have a public social media account, but that doesn’t make me a public figure under Indian media jurisdiction.”
