Anticipation Builds for Sitaare Zameen Par’s Upcoming Release with its Song Release
As the release of Sitaare Zameen Par approaches, excitement continues to grow. Positioned as a spiritual successor to the beloved 2007 film Taare Zameen Par, the trailer hints at a heartfelt story brimming with warmth and joy. Adding to the anticipation, the film’s soulful soundtrack is resonating with audiences, further fueling excitement ahead of its premiere. In a continuation of the promotional campaign, another song titled Shubh Mangalam is set to release tomorrow.
The makers recently shared a teaser for “Shubh Mangalam” on social media. The teaser showcases vibrant wedding vibes, featuring Aamir Khan, Genelia Deshmukh, and ten shining stars dancing and celebrating together. The post was captioned: “Alert the Pandit, prep the mandap. #ShubhMangalam arrives TOMORROW! Stay tuned! Watch #SitaareZameenPar on 20th June only in theatres. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, the film introduces ten rising stars: Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. R. S. Prasanna, who previously directed the groundbreaking blockbuster Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, returns for this major collaboration with Aamir Khan Productions.
Sitaare Zameen Par stars Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in lead roles alongside the ten emerging talents. The lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, with music composed by the celebrated trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The screenplay has been crafted by Divy Nidhi Sharma. Produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with B. Shrinivas Rao and Ravi Bhagchandka also on board, the film is set to hit theaters on 20th June 2025.
