Catch Arjun and Shraddha recreate the iconic DDLJ train scene in Half Girlfriend
Arjun Kapoor & Shraddha Kapoor is now busy shooting the film Half Girlfriend based on the novel of same title from Chetan Bhagat. Amidst the busy schedule, they have replicated the iconic train sequence from SRK and Kajol from the 1995 romantic film blockbuster called Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. However, the sequence came with a little twist.
Shraddha Kapoor is seen over the train while Arjun Kapoor is running over the platform after her. Well, apart from DDLJ, the scene simply reminds the Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol with the film Kuch Kuch sizzlinga Hai. However, the Arun believes, which believes that the two key actors of the film had their own ways of DDLJ moments over the sets of Half Girlfriend with this sequence.
The 2 States actor has posted an image and thus written over the picture with the caption DDLJ Moment with Shraddhakapoor. The film is directed by Mohit Suri, which is the adaptation of the said novel with the same time. The actor Arjun has maintained the Half Girlfriend over the weird romantic comedy.
The actor said, he has done various types of film having the rise and fall in love of a boy. He said the people reading the book will understand the journey of his character Madhav Jha wherein the time lapse seen in the film fall under the 7-8 years in between the start of the movie and the climax of the film. Shraddha Kapoor plays a girl from affluent family from Delhi, the film is likely to hit next year.
