Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and actress Anushka Sharma have landed in some trouble. Yesterday, Amitabh shared the picture on twitter revealing that he took a lift from a stranger to reach his work location on time. After Amitabh, Anushka was also seen taking a lift on a bike from her bodyguard. The common thing between these two was they both took a lift without wearing a helmet.
As soon as their photos hit the internet, they became viral; nevertheless, some social media users were upset with them for riding a bike without helmets and reported the actors to Mumbai Police. urging that the stars be investigated by the police, and now Mumbai Police has decided to take action against both stars.
Taking to Instagram Amitabh Bachchan posted a photo of himself taking a bike ride with a person. He wrote, “Thank you for the ride buddy .. don’t know you .. but you obliged and got me on time to location of work .. faster and in avoidance of the unsolvable traffic jams .. thank you capped, shorts and yellowed T-shirt owner.”

Reacting to it, a page on Twitter tagged Mumbai Police and wrote, “Missing helmets for both rider and pillion. @MumbaiPolice please take note!”
Responding to it, the Twitter handle of Mumbai Police wrote back, “We have shared this with the traffic branch.”
Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s multi-starrer ‘adventure drama Uunchai where he shared screen with Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, Parineeti Chopra, The film earned ₹48.16 crore worldwide and was considered a box office success.
The actor also got injured on 5 March during the filming of his upcoming sci-fi drama ‘Project K’. It was unclear how long it would have taken Amitabh Bachchan to resume normal shooting but with this latest incident, he appears to have resumed shooting.
On the other hand, Anushka had taken a hiatus from the cinema. She was last seen in guest appearance role in Netflix’s psychological drama Qala (2022). Anushka is all set to return to cinema with ‘Chakda ‘Xpress, which is a biopic of former Indian female cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
