Finally, the trailer of Amitabh Bachchan‘s much-awaited film Jhund has been released. Directed by Sairat director Nagraj Popatrao Manjule, the film brings to the screen the story of Slum Soccer founder Vijay Barse. In the biopic, Big B will be seen playing the role of a football coach, stubborn about transforming a group of infamous, needy children from difficult backgrounds together in the hope of giving them a fresh motive to survive and change their life. His belief – despite being involved in gang wars and piracy, the group is not bad at heart.
However, in the trailer, we can see that no one believes Amitabh Bachchan’s vision. He is repeatedly asked to leave the team. To make things worse for Coach, the group doesn’t take his coaching seriously, gets into a gang fight, and whatnot. The trailer also hints at a heart-wrenching death scene awaiting the viewers. Despite the limitations, Amitabh Bachchan confirms that he can train the group and make them members of the National Football Team.

Before the release of the trailer, the makers released a song called Aaya Yeh Jhund Hai. Jhund is going to hit the big screen on March 4.
